Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.
LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) Freight
The majority of our orders are shipped via LTL freight. Live shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight/dimensions of your order. Please ensure your delivery location is accessible to freight trucks.
- Residential Delivery: Additional fees may apply for residential deliveries or locations without a loading dock.
- Liftgate Service: If you require a liftgate for delivery, please select this option at checkout.
Local Pickup
We offer a local pickup option for customers who wish to collect their orders directly from our warehouse. Simply select "Local Pickup" at checkout, and our support team will contact you to schedule a pickup appointment.
Damages & Claims
