By accessing and using the WS101 Liquidation website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

1. Product Condition

All merchandise is sold "as-is, where-is." We provide manifests and condition grades (e.g., New, Shelf Pulls, Customer Returns) to the best of our ability, but we do not guarantee the condition or functionality of any individual item. Buyers assume all risk associated with purchasing liquidation merchandise.

2. Payment

Full payment is required before any order is processed and shipped. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All sales are final.

3. Shipping & Pickup

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are calculated at checkout. For local pickups, buyers must schedule an appointment and collect their order within 7 business days. Failure to do so may result in storage fees or order cancellation without a refund.

4. Limitation of Liability

WS101 Liquidation shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if WS101 Liquidation has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
